White Knight™ Telecaster Pickup Set

Inspired by the classic Telecaster pickups of the late 1950s and early 1960s.

The White Knight™ is my version of the Telecaster® pickups produced from approximately 1956 through 1964, when Alnico 5 magnets became standard and the Telecaster developed the brighter, more articulate voice that would define countless classic recordings.

While retaining the unmistakable character of the early blackguard Telecasters, these later pickups introduced a touch more clarity, stronger attack, and an unmistakable sparkle that made them favorites among country, blues, rock, and session guitarists alike.

Built with vintage-correct Plain Enamel magnet wire and Alnico 5 rod magnets, the White Knight™ delivers everything players love about a great vintage Telecaster: crisp attack, unmistakable twang, exceptional note separation, and a lively dynamic response that follows every nuance of your picking hand.

The bridge pickup produces the familiar Telecaster snap while remaining full, balanced, and harmonically rich. It cuts through a mix with authority without becoming harsh or brittle, making it equally at home delivering clean country rhythm, expressive blues leads, or classic rock overdrive.

The neck pickup complements the bridge with warm, articulate lows, focused mids, and a clear, singing high end that offers remarkable versatility for everything from jazz-inspired clean passages to soulful lead work.

Rather than simply reproducing vintage specifications, I spent years studying what made the finest original Telecaster pickups so inspiring to play. Every detail of the White Knight™ was refined through careful listening, comparison, and development to capture the musical character of those exceptional instruments while providing the consistency expected from a modern boutique pickup.

Whether you're searching for the unmistakable twang of classic country, the bite of early rock and roll, expressive blues tones, or the balanced versatility that made vintage Telecasters legendary, the White Knight™ delivers the dynamic response, clarity, and musicality that have inspired generations of players.
